  • Four 60-min sessions including warm up, mobility, training, cooldown and discussion of relevant ‘homework’ exercises to maximize progress
  • Programming customized for individual goals, fitness level, injury limitations, etc

Best for clients looking to customize their current training with a strong emphasis on improving an area of training (ie. I want to improve my squat strength or train for a 5k race)
Includes:
  • 30-min kickoff face to face consult (executed as a 90min first session) to discuss goals and design a plan of attack
  • Eight 60-min sessions including warm up, mobility, training, cooldown and relevant ‘homework’ exercises
  • Programming customized for individual goals, fitness level, injury limitations, etc
  • One drop-in to any CrossFit 214 class

Training

12 sessions (3 per a week)

Best for clients that desire a completely customized training environment (i.e. I’m a triathlete looking to improve race performance or I want to improve overall full body strength and increase muscle mass)
Includes:
  • 30-min kickoff face to face consult (executed as a 90min first session) to discuss goals and design a plan of attack (Maybe the call or face to face is seperate if appropriate to program)
  • Twelve 60-min sessions including warm up, mobility, training, cooldown and relevant ‘homework’ exercises
  • Programming customized for individual goals, fitness level, injury limitations, etc
  • Body composition testing
  • Drop-in to any CrossFit 214 class
  • CrossFit 214 t-shirt or tank
