Athletics WOD

A. Strict Weighted Pullups
6-6-6-6
B. 5 sets:
Run 200m @ 90%
Walk back rest

Fitness WOD

A. Front Squat – Build to a heavy double in 15min
B. Push Press – build to a heavy double in 15min

Strength WOD

A. Backsquat 6×5@ 60% of 1RM +35lbs – Perform these every 90sec
Post loading and RPE to blog comments
If you’ve missed days in this progression make up the next day, do not skip steps in the progression or you will not be able to continue
B. 3 sets:
8 reps per leg SL KB RDL (contralateral)
10 Hollow Rock
10 Straddle Ups
10 sec Hollow Hold
