Fitness WOD

A. Bar Kip 10 reps EMOM x 5 sets

B. 18-12-6
Ball Slams 40/30
Box Overs 24/20

Strength WOD

A. OHS 7×2 @ 85% Lifting Every 2min

B. 5 sets:
AMRAP (-1) Strict HSPU
AMRAP (-1) Kipping HSPU
AMRAP (-1) Pushups
Rest 2min between sets

Increase rep totals from last week if able
