With a partner complete AMRAP 20min:
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
Partners switch off full rounds

Strength WOD

A. OHS 8-6-4-8-6-4 – build second wave heavier than the first – lifting every 2:30

B. DKB Front Rack Walking Lunge
20 steps x 4 sets @ 53s/35s

After each set of lunges complete 25 Anchored Situps (feet anchored under DB, with abmat)
