The coaching is amazing. My wife and I joined and we love it. We are both at different levels but we both get the most of the workouts. The coaches all know you by name and the customer service is amazing. I have already lost 7 pounds in 2 weeks. I have joined regular gyms in the past but there is no motivation to go. You don't have to worry about someone talking on their phone and taking the only treadmill during "peak times". Crossfit 214 always has the space and you don't have to worry if it is leg day or arm day lol. All the programming is done for you.

Great coaching! Friendly and motivating environment. Have a positive attitude, put in the work required; and you'll definitely see results in no time! BEST crossfit in Dallas!

Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was there for only 4 months and working out had never been so much fun. I learned a lot and now look better than ever. 100% recommended.

Dropped in and had a blast getting a good WOD in when in Dallas. Excellent coaching, very friendly community and very cool space.

I was very happy with the training programs and all of the coaches were extremely attentive, considering this was all very new to me. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Everything is going great! I love the gym in every way! Very grateful that y'all have built such a welcoming and friendly family with amazing coaches! I am super impressed with your focus and intention on form and safety... you don't get such great coaching at many gyms and I feel like I have found my CF home.

Couldn't have been better. Starting crossfit at 214 has been the best experience of my life and i will carry what I have learned throughout my life. Thanks for such a great environment, great coaches and bringing back confidence!

The coaches and other athletes all foster a very inclusive and team-oriented environment. I have met more friends at 214 than I have at any other gym I have been to.

My collegiate rowing career ended at the age of 19 after I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. The nucleus damage in my lower spine was significant enough that the doctor instructed me to limit lifting to 30 lbs or less and to only engage in low-impact activities. I joined Crossfit 214 last December after the urging of a very close friend and I haven't looked back. The coaches instructed me to do every movement correctly rather than fast or heavy and to focus on core strength. I can now say it has been 8 months since I have had ANY lower back pain and I feel spectacular. I see improvements every single day and I am even lifting heavy.
