A. Thruster 6-4-2-5-3-1 – treat as a wave load, second wave heavier than the first – build to a tough single – rest 2min – use a rack
B. 4 sets:
90 sec to complete
15 No-Pushup Burpees
Max Double Unders
Rest 90 sec

Fitness WOD

A. 5 RFT:
20 WallBall 20-10/14-9
20 KBS 53/35
B. 10min Straddle Work
