Athletics WOD

A. 3 sets:
2min Max Single Unders
Rest 2min

Complete 3 burpees for every miss during rest period. If you’re still working on getting double unders this is the class for you!

B. 4 sets:
6 Cossack Squats per side
Max V-ups
Max Supine Bar Rows

Fitness WOD

A. 10 bar Kips – EMOM x 5

B. AMRAP 12min
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Double Unders / Lateral Parallette Hops
