Who is it for?
Our Fitness program will improve your strength and conditioning, with an emphasis on fundamental form and position. This program is truly for everyone, regardless of fitness level. 214 Fitness combines the best of personal training with the fun dynamic of small group team sports.
You will be guided through the basics and emphasis will be placed on integrity and consistency before intensity. That said, expect to see performance increases as you progress and become more comfortable with the training. Those with more advanced athletic backgrounds will also benefit from the program due to the technical nature of many of the movements. Everyone will be training at their relative intensity, so your strength will move up each week as well as your fitness no matter where you start!
How much does it cost?
Monthly membership is $195 including tax with an option for a 6-month contract at $175, billed monthly. Please note that your membership will auto-renew unless you give written notice to cancel.
When do the classes meet?
Classes or open gym are held at our Ross and Lemmon locations 7 days a week. Athletes may attend any class by RSVP’ing (how to RSVP). RSVPs are possible for members the day before up until 10 min before class time.
How do I Start?
1) Visit our Get Started page to sign a waiver and reserve your first class for $1.
2) After your class, the coaches can help you purchase a membership. Household discounts of 30% on the 2nd member can be added by the staff. Please contact email@example.com with questions. If you wish to purchase a membership yourself, please click the link below:
3) After reserving, schedule your next visit in our RSVP system and start your fitness journey with us!
Please alert the Crossfit 214 Staff of any old or existing injures BEFORE your classes so that we can coach you accordingly.
What if I have to miss a class(es)?
No problem! Because this is a continuously running program, we will be revisiting the material at some point. Furthermore, we offer an Open Gym on Sundays 1-4pm. Coaches are available at that time to help you work on movements, answer your questions, or even run you through a workout.
